Audit platform pricing
These plans and the free trial are for the HAVGATE audit platform, which is live and can be purchased. They do not cover CRM, bookkeeping, or other modules.
Starter is 19 a month for solo auditors and consultants: one standard per audit, up to 10 audits a month, clause-based auditing, a smart report, PDF export, basic nonconformance logging and one user. Pro is 39 a month: every published standard, multi-standard sessions, unlimited audits, plans and scheduling, CAPA, and the dashboard. Business is 89 a month: up to 10 audit users, multi-site audit programs, custom branding and procedure guides. Enterprise is a custom contract for the audit platform: unlimited audits and audit users, dedicated support, and validation for the audit product.
The free trial is 14 days, needs no credit card, and includes up to 3 audit reports. Subscribe buttons use the same checkout as the audit plans. Enterprise is contact sales, not a self-serve price.
What do these prices cover?
Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise and the free trial are the audit platform only. They do not include CRM, bookkeeping, document control, training management or supplier management.
Are prices per user?
The published prices are per month for the audit plan, with the user limits written on the plan: one user on Starter and Pro, up to 10 on Business, and a custom limit on Enterprise.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The audit plans show USD, EUR, GBP or CHF at the same face value, based on region, and you can change it at checkout. That is how the audit plans are billed.
What does the trial include?
The published trial is for the audit platform: 14 days, no credit card, and up to 3 audit reports.
What is included for validation?
Business and Enterprise audit plans are described as including an IQ/OQ documentation package for the audit product. You still execute it for your intended use. See the validation page.
