CRM for medtech, separate from the quality record
HAVGATE's CRM holds companies, contacts and pipeline work for a workspace. It is not the complaint file and it is not the device history. That separation is deliberate.
What is in the product today
The CRM screens cover saved contacts, facilities, a calendar, and lead-funnel work where that module is enabled. Access is per workspace. The public site does not link visitors into /crm. If you need it, ask for the workspace to be enabled or sign in where it already is.
Why a device company wants it next to the QMS
A startup talks to clinics, distributors and component suppliers long before those names are approved suppliers or complaint sources. Keeping the conversations in one login, beside the quality system, means the company is not buying a second suite on day one. It also means a sales note must not become a CAPA by accident. Complaint handling under ISO 13485 and MDSAP Chapter 3 needs its own record: what was alleged, whether it is reportable, and what you did.
The link that is not built yet
Nothing in the CRM code opens a nonconformance or a CAPA. A message from a customer that alleges a device deficiency has to be entered in the quality process by a person. The product will not do that hand-off for you. Describing CRM as 'complaint intake into CAPA' would overstate what is shipped.
Distributor complaints and reportability stay quality topics. See the CAPA page and MDSAP Chapter 3. Commercial follow-up stays in CRM. The two files can name the same company. They are not the same file.
